Offset Your Travel to ICCB:
Since 2007, SCB has contributed to a carbon offset project in order to offset greenhouse gas emissions due to SCB operations, ICCB meetings, and other elements of SCB’s carbon footprint. You can lighten your ICCB carbon footprint by contributing to SCB’s Carbon Offset Project at the Wild Rose Conservation Site in southern Alberta, Canada.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to iccbregistration@conbio.org or via fax to 1-703-610-0203. A processing fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations received on or before 21 May, 2013. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Refund requests will not be accepted after 21 May, 2013. Not all requests will be granted. Substitutions for attendees are accepted at any time.

Hardship Cases:
People with special circumstances such as unemployment might qualify for a Student/Developing Country rate. To qualify, please send an email to iccbregistration@conbio.org. Your email should include the start/end dates of your last job, the name of your last employer, and a brief statement that explains why you are requesting a special rate to attend ICCB.
