Local Chapter Annual Registration

Secretaries of Local Chapters are asked to complete our Annual Registration form during December of each year to update the SCB about your organization's officers and activities. If you received SCB grant money, please outline a brief budget and description of how the grant was spent.

Registration is used to track the activities of active Chapters and is required for support from the Executive Office. Registration also give us insight into what your Chapter is doing and is used for reporting in SCB's Annual Report.
