Information for Exhibitors

We welcome commercial and non-profit exhibitors to participate in Conservation Without Borders. Exhibits will be located in Exhibit Hall 1 of San Jose's McEnery Convention Center. All meeting events will be held at the convention center or immediately adjacent. The exhibit hall is across the corridor from most of the concurrent meeting sessions. We anticipate that refreshments and posters also will be located in the hall, encouraging meeting participants to spend time exploring the exhibition booths.

Booths will be 8' x 12', with an 8' high blue back drape, 3' high blue-draped side walls, a 8' white-skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. A one-line, 7" x 44" exhibitor identification sign also is included in the basic booth package.
