SCB PRESENTS RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ACTIONS TO U.S. PRESIDENT OBAMA

On 11 December 2008, SCB presented its recommendations to six members of the U.S. Presidential Transition Team representing the departments of Interior and Agriculture and the Environmental Protection Agency. Alan Thornhill, John Fitzgerald, Dominick DellaSala, and Francesca Grifo summarized the report that SCB had developed to guide the new President and his team.
