REGISTRATION

Early registration deadline: 30 April 1998

Normal registration deadline: 31 May 1998

Late Registration surcharge after 31 May

Conference registration includes opening reception, three full days of sessions, refreshment breaks, and a copy of the Program and Abstracts. All fees are in Australian Dollars. Student registrations require proof of student status.

Registration forms will not be processed unless payment is included. Payment may be made by cheque or money order in Australian Dollars made payable to SCB 1998 or by Visa, Mastercard, or Bankcard (Bankcard is available to Australian and New Zealand residents only). Receipts will be issued with your registration materials at the meeting. A processing fee of A$50 will be deducted from any refunds made prior to 1 June 1998. After 1 June, no refunds will be made. Refunds for credit card payments will be made as a credit to your card account. Any refunds will be made after the meeting.
