ACCOMODATION

Billeting is an option for students or delegates who do not have full travel funds. Conference Management will pair you with a student from the University of Victoria and you will stay as a guest in their home for the duration of the meeting. If you are interested in this option you must make prior arrangements with Kim Goddard, Telephone (250) 472-7243, email kgoddard@uvic.ca.

Please note: if you plan to stay on campus you must mail your registration to the address given, not to Conference Management, and you must make out separate payments for housing and for meeting registration.

Childcare. The Child Daycare Information Service is mandated by the regional licensing authority to maintain records of private caregivers who provide daycare services in their own homes. All of these daycare operations are licensed. The Information Service staff will discuss your personal caregiving needs and refer you to appropriate caregivers. There is no available childcare service on campus for children accompanying delegates to the conference. Please call (800) 993-4383 (in Canada only) or (250) 361-4743, weekdays 8:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time.
