Registration forms will not be processed unless payment is included. Payment may be made with complete credit card information or with cheque or money order in Canadian funds, made payable to the University of Victoria. There is a $15 charge for NSF cheques. Please submit a separate registration form for each person; blank registration forms may be photocopied. FAXed registrations are payable only by credit card. GST is exempt on BC government-paid registrations only.
The University of Victoria does not invoice and does not accept postdated cheques. To simplify currency exchange procedures, payment by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express is possible. To use these systems, enter your card number, expiration date, and signature on the appropriate space on the registration form. Receipts will be mailed to all registrants.
  
A processing fee of $50CDN will be withheld for any cancellation prior to 15 April 1997. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 15 April 1997. To obtain a refund, please return the white official receipt (not a copy) along with your written request to Conference Management (address above). Refunds will be mailed after the Conference.
