CONTRIBUTED PAPERS

Contributed oral sessions will be held from 25 June through 28 June. Presentations are 12 minutes plus three minutes for questions. Presentation rooms will be equipped with a laptop computer and LCD projector. If you need a 35 mm slide projector or an overhead projector, please contact 2006@conbio.org no later than 14 May.

Presenting authors will be requested to submit their PowerPoint presentation online via the meeting Web site. The submission interface will be available by early May. Presentations must be submitted no later than 9 June. Files may not exceed 10 MB. Files that exceed 10 MB will be deleted from our server and authors will be requested to submit a revised file.

We are requiring advance submission of presentations for several reasons. First, advance submission allows us to ensure that files will display properly on site. Second, advance submission allows us to screen files for viruses that otherwise might compromise our ability to facilitate presentations for all authors. Third, advance submission ensures that the flow of presentations in sessions will be smooth and that presentations will remain on schedule. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in helping us guarantee that oral sessions are a positive experience for both the authors and the audience.
